"I would give this place zero stars if I could. The smells and the bugs in this place are absolutely disgusting. The noise. The dogs running around without leashes and peeing in the hallways. The barking. The Wi-Fi does not work. Like at all. Half the time the outside doors don’t open. The pool never works. The ice machine has never worked. The mattresses are too small for the frames. This is definitely the bottom of the barrel. The prices are way too high for the condition of the place."

"I don't know what worse; how the place in ran or the people that work there. The manager is bipolar. She will tell you one something at 9 am and you can come back at 1pm and she on something totally different. No need to try to go above her. Her boss Blake when he walks in, he doesn't even have the common sense or courtesy to even speak to the patrons unless he's throwing them out. Maybe if he had to live here, maybe he would understand instead of always threatening to raise rates, evict, and etc. How about fix the plumbing issues, fix the elevator, buy enough towels for the entire hotel. We are being charged for towels when they only have 4 and they don't want to give you one of those. How about mop the halls with water instead of spraying disinfectant and smearing it with a towel on all 3 floors. How about when the pest control comes, let them spray the whole room instead of just behind the fridge, as if roaches just congregate in one spot. How about opening on time so when people do come to pay they don't have to wait until princcess sleeping beauty drags down after 10 but yet be ready to slap on a ten dollar late fee. How about change your website to reflect your hotel in non smoking instead of pocketing $250 when someone smokes in a booked smoking room. Better yet, if you going to charge the $250 fee for smoking, don't just limit it to weed. Yes, smoke weed, they charge $250, crack and meth is fine just do it in your room."

"If you are a Gang member and are on Hard drugs and you Don't value life at all.... This is the place for you! The manager is the rudest angriest person in Lewisville. She thinks she high class with her fake nails and cheap shoes. She could not care less about anyone or anything thing. Your better off saving your 400. And sleeping in a rest stop bathroom. Not kidding at leat they have plumbing that works. Also anyone can get in this so called hotel that has no security and the doors are always wide open day or night! Lewisville PD is there constantly. This place should be condemned! This is a honest review. Very sad how good hard working people are treated..."

"Just recently stayed here. After paying over 400$+ for a week my room didn't have running water, no trashcan, and when you ask for clean linens and toilet paper, they make you pay for it. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I will NEVER come back here again. I suggest finding another place to stay that is pet friendly because this trashtel isn't the answer."
