"The management staff is extremely courteous and helpful. James, in particular, stands out. He remembers many residents by name, even addressing me as "Mr. Helm" (haha!). Makes you feel good. Overall, it's a great community. I never had issues with noisy neighbors or receiving noise complaints while living here, despite having a relatively powerful sound system. In other words, it's well insulated! 10/10 recommend Rose Hill for hiring friendly staff like James and its amenities."

"My family & I lived at Rose Hill for 2 years. We had a great experience living there. We only moved away because we bought a home. All office staff and maintenance are super friendly and helpful in any way possible. Maintenance is quick and grounds are always kept clean. We lived on the first floor near the leasing office and the hallways were swept/mopped at least once a week. It’s rare to find an apartment complex with all of these qualities. I would highly recommend Rose Hill!!!"
