"Lived here for 4 years and loved it! They are pet friendly and most of the first floor apartments have yards, which is hard to come by. The amenities were great and always clean. Wish we didn’t have to move but needed more space. From move in to move out, Marquita and Rodney were fantastic to work with, thanks for making it seamless!"

"I wanted to show love to Marquita at the front office. She has made my move-in experience fun and easy. I truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. When I moved in, I didn't have a trash can, and when I talked to her the next day, I had one at my front door. I also didn't know that my clicker gave me access to the mail room and gym, and she helped me with that understanding at my funny expense, lol. I love and appreciate her being the first face I see in the office. Thank you"

"*Long Detailed Review* This is my last review for this wonderful apartment complex that has been my home for 3 and a half years. I am sad to leave this place and honestly, there is no apartments that compare to Windsor Castle Hills, none. I've lived in 3 different units, and all were wonderful. Clean, amazing lighting (the best I've seen in any complex) and spacious. The only thing it lacks is the storage but we managed. The management office is amazing, not to mention the maintenance crew. (Always on point) Gina, and Kali I appreciate you very much and also Pam. Management has taken good care of me and my wife, even helped me transfer out when I was unsatisfied with a unit, something NO ONE has done for me. If you plan to move here, you won't be disappointed. If it wasn't for more space that I needed, I would NEVER leave. Now I do have some cons, and advice for people planning to move here, if you hate the noise and you're a light sleeper, stay away from the units near the pool and near Parker Rd. Mentioning specifically building 4 (I lived there) I faced the street and it was beautiful, loved the sunset but it was so LOUD. I could hear the noise of the traffic. Also near the pools, people love to throw parties during summer and you will hear them, trust me. My best time was in building 9, I still love you 9305 and miss you! (Apartment unit I also lived in) Overall, I recommend Windsor. It's safe, it's super pet friendly, so much that you will often hear barks here and there, but if it gets loud, call the office staff and they'll take care of it. Watch out for bunnies cause your dogs will yank you away. And it's peaceful. I've never had an issue with safety here nor anyone being mischievous.
