"I had a great customer service from the courtyard Marriott. Very good communication and reply quickly. I had a difficult situation, but they solved it well, and this hotel is good at kindness and tolerance. If I go on a trip next time, I will definitely stay here."
"We arrived Saturday Jan 27th 2024 to stay 2 nights The first room assigned to us on the 3rd floor reeked of sewer smell. We walked out and went to front desk and were re-assigned to the 6th floor. Got dressed and left for our event. We returned around 9pm. As we entered the elevator- it reeked of sewer odor; this odor permeated the hallway. It was late, we were exhausted and fell I'm bed. We left on Sunday to return home even though we had paid for 2 nights. Not sure what the problem was but hopefully it will be repaired for the next guests to arrive. And hopefully we can get a refund for Sunday Jan 28th 2024. Sincerely, Chuck & Brenda Hittle"
"This is a great hotel from the restaurant bar to the clean rooms. I stayed here for business and got the best service. Oscar, at the bar, gave the best customer service I have ever received. I had not watched an NBA game in years and he had so much information on the teams playing, I watched the whole game. I am back on the NBA watch train. Thank you Oscar! Thank you Marriott!"
"I stay here often for business trips. Always clean rooms, quiet stay, staff is wonderful, excellent location for restaurants nearby, rooms especially the corner suites are huge!! Little bonus :: setting your towel in the shower beforehand and not having to let cold air in to get out and find a towel."
"Hotel was very welcoming and clean. Staff were friendly and check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and in good repair. Only issue was all even numbered rooms face the back side of the hotel. There were lots of industrial air-conditioners and equipment on the roof that made quite alot of noise. As a future note would ask for a room that faces front of hotel if available."
