"Collin came to fix some things in my apartment and I was very impressed with how quick and knowledgeable he was. It’s very comforting to have a maintenance guy who knows what’s he’s doing. Also the new front office staff are very friendly and seem to care about the residents of the complex."

"Living here has been a huge mistake. The ceiling has leaked on and off for the almost 2 years I’ve lived here. Upstairs neighbors are noisy at all hours of the day and night. The bathroom above mine has had a leaking tub which soaked through flooding my bathroom. Sent messages to front office about a week ago and not a single people has reached out. Even has the mold continues to grow there hasn’t been a single message back. Good luck trying to reach any personnel working in the front office. They’re constantly dodging any responsibility. Probably going to get the same copy/paste responses they’ve given every other review. the folks in charge don’t seem to care much, so it’s pretty tough to suggest this place to anyone with all these problems. Beware all who enter here.. this place is dreadful."

"My experience living here has been really smooth. This is a nice and quiet environment and any time I need something fixed the maintenance men come the same day. I do not have any complaints and I love living here."

"This has been the absolute worst apartment experience ever! I’ve only been here since July and I’m already moving out due to the noise of my upstairs neighbor! Despite many emails, phone calls, and calls to the police the noise has only gotten worse. The office staff claimed to have spoken with her but the noise has increased! It’s unbearable noise all day and all times of the night. The upkeep of the apartment is horrible as well. The closet door broke off the first night, the towel rack came off the wall(it was replaced but the holes weren’t covered), the water doesn’t drain properly, and etc. Don’t be fooled by the website at all. This is a horrible place to live!"
