"I lived at Hillside for 2.5 years. Overall the experience was pleasant. Rarely had issues and when I did the maintenance team were quick to respond. The cost of rent did increase by 33% in the time I was here but that was more of the market rather than the property management. The community is very quiet and I never had issues with neighbors."

"The office staff is extremely nice, polite and professional. The property was clean. The apartments are not upgraded at all. If you are approved with conditions you forfeit your $200 deposit. If you decide to pay the condition (security deposit equal to the first month rent) the $200 is deducted. If your 1st month rent is $1500 you will need $2800 to move in. (1300+1500) If you decide to not move forward with the condition, you will lose your $200. My application was denied and I decided not to move forward with getting approved with conditions. I know I do not want to pay that much money to move into this apartment community. I am waiting on my $200 security deposit. It takes 30 days to return. C'est la vie!"

They always fix whatever it is quickly, and always nice. I love the layout of my apartment. Walls are a little thin, but not too bad. The apartments are on the older side, but they keep up with them well."
