"I saw an ad for this apartment on Facebook. I was skeptical at first, but Neuchatel put me at ease by sending me videos of different units and helped me get onto the website to see what’s available as I am looking to move in ASAP. I set up a tour for tomorrow afternoon looking forward to seeing the place in person!"
"In town for work for a while and decided to get out of the hotels. Neuchatel was amazing and worked diligently to get us into a unit on short term lease. Can't say enough she was awesome."
"It's pretty criminal how much this apartment management gets away with. They're "unable to replace bug screens", though they're tattered and wide open. They charge 1300 + utilities for a 630 or so square feet apartment and it is not worth the price. The apartments are falling apart, painted over, stains on counters and floors from previous residents. They had the audacity to send an email saying "We know times are tough but hey now you can pay digitally and use our payment plan to pay twice a month instead." Completely tone deaf. Maintence and pest control is a joke and the staff hide behind the online portal going "There was not request online it was marked done. Why didn't you send another request??" We were told we would get two treatments and after the first we awaited the second and nothing. Our maintenance request online was marked as complete and I guess no one has any sense of scheduling or paper trail. Pest control arrives whenever they want, they demand that you prep your home for bug bombs but never schedule any times. Just days and vague "afternoon" phrases. The office states they "just don't know". What kind of business doesn't know what they're doing for the day? Some jobs take longer than others but you can't even give a time? Do you not know the size of the places you checked before treating? We managed to barely comply and got one of the two treatments. After scheduling the second months later where it got worse because we were trying to argue that maybe the whole building should be treated since we're so high up and still get roaches. The office states that they only treat those who report it... Okay. Well if the whole building is treated you don't have to come back as often and maybe open up the schedule of your pest control folks, what a weird foreign concept apparently."
"I know it's hard to trust apartment reviews, they're usually only the bad reviews, but trust me, don't move here. They had almost an entire month to clean up this apartment but didn't. The place was in tatters, the screens busted, a huge hole in the storage room door, leaking plumbing, shower didn't work, roaches, bed bugs, and other bugs made their way inside and we're on the third floor. Come to find they "stopped replacing screens". They are low staffed at the office, their valet trash is inconsistent, almost every night someone is revving their engine and blasting music, the stairways and shared patios are disgusting. We hadn't even been here a month and they already screwed up rent and tried to charge me and give me a late fee for something already paid. Calling themselves a "gated community" is also a joke because the gates are not used. Update: There's now bed bugs and fleas. Run for the hills and find somewhere else. For doing your due diligence, they'll charge YOU around $130 per treatment even if you didn't bring the bugs and someone else did. Pay more to live somewhere else and you'll be paying as much as you would for living here, just without the pests."
"Great apts! Great service! My AC went out and they had it fixed the next day. Have a few spiders but I sprayed and stuff so it's good now. Normal home type stuff. Don't really like the towing company/parking situation (how I'm suppose to have a party if I only get 3 guest passes? Also what if I have 2 cars?) but I get it security. Oh and there's a security patrol that I've seen at least at night."
