"My in-laws live at this apartment complex Like a week ago they had a bad experience the sewer system back flow through the washing machine drain pipe This happened on a weekend someone came to cleanup the mess Monday or Tuesday they sent a plumber could not find the source Today a plumber is there to drill a hole on the floor to find or repair the problem The management at this apartment complex didn’t notify my in-laws or try to accommodate them in a different apartment during the work the plumber works to fix the issue In the meantime ounce they drill open the sewer line fumes will start coming out in the apartment The management at this apartment complex do not care about the health of their residents"

"Recently, my girlfriend was asleep in her apartment and heard gunshots outside of her window in the court yard. She then heard the suspects run up her stairs and try and break into her apartment. Used to be nice but no longer safe to live"

"BEWARE!!! I’ve lived here 3 years had a car broken into, tires slashed and two packages stolen from my front door. I called the office the same day to report the package stolen and reported tires that got slashed the week before and was told by Lilly there was a courtesy officer they would get to patrol the area more frequently. I called back the next day to let them know I would be receiving another package and could they ask the officer to be on the look out for any thieves and whoever answered said “Lilly did not tell you that” several times because they don’t have security and I should have read my lease more closely and rudely kept asking what do you want me to do and I can’t do anything. I explained what I was told again and asked if they are concerned at all about their tenants safety and cars getting vandalized and packages stolen and was told it’s not their problem. Ok I get it and will be moving at the end of my lease. This place has really went downhill and office staff is absolutely terrible! One bad apple can ruin the bunch. The only reason I’ve stayed so long is because it’s so cheap I guess you get what you pay for!! BEWARE!!"

"One of the very nicest apartments I ever lived. Management is so great. Leasing office people Andreana and Lily gates are always helpful and resolve all the complaints and queries as soon as possible. Loved the community, neat and clean. Budget friendly units with large square footage and all amenities and Spacious lawns. Close to all highways and great area to live. No roaches problem as I Iived there for almost 2 years."

"we lived for 3 years in an apartment there. The management and office staff are a bit surly and tell you that when you leave they will give you your deposit back. After 3 years they claimed that the carpet I was like the first day. Before leaving we left everything perfect and cleaned better than when we found out to live. Well, they did not return the deposit because they had to change the folder (after more than 3 years). The maintenance staff the best out there. I do not recommend it because they are pretentious and very bad customer service."
