"First off, Nancy is an absolute moron. Ive never met anyone who knows so little about what they are supposed to be doing. She knows Z E R O about anything and is no help. I guess they’ll hire anyone??? She once called me randomly and said i owe the apartment money. I went to the office and asked her to show me the math. Took her 14 minutes and she clearly didnt know what she was doing. She was just sitting behind the desk tryin to look busy and was clearly uncomfortable bc she didnt know where the amount she was asking for came from. By the end of it she said “oh actually you only owe $2.33.” She is so dumb. From the get go i could tell no one knew what they were doing so i recorded every convo i had with anyone who worked there (TX is a one-party consent state). But i cant give all the credit to her. She isnt the only moron working there. No one knows what they are doing, maintenance isnt helpful and never fixes anything (apartment flooded several times), parking sucks, property always filled with trash, parking is awful."
"Praising Jesus Happy Tuesday! Where do I start??!! Been a resident since 2021 the office has changed hands more than you can count money!! I’ve been holding this in but now I’ll speak my peace! Lack of professionalism, rude, incompetent, disrespectful, just pathetic on communication all the way around! I respect them period but what I’m not going to allow noooooo peasant to do is abuse and misuse the power of authority! Since Martha left Nancy has the same exact nasty attitude that Martha had and it’s getting out of hand! You pray for change but it’s worse! No wonder the young gentleman that was helping didn’t want to take a full time position because of Nancy ugly attitude! She says watch out for everyone else but truth Be prosperous stay safe be blessed! Told I TRUST NO ONE!!! NEVER HAVE! I pay rent way before it’s do so the pathetic communication I receive is very hilarious!! Consistently is key, and the office is very inconsistent with everything! Have to constantly ask for pest control when we’re paying monthly therefore I shouldn’t have to ask they should just come! Myself and numerous of residents have video and conversations saying that pest control is a you problem! How do when we’re charged monthly! My advice from my lawyer keep recording and stay away from the office!!! This is a nightmare when they only care about the $$$ and not the individual it shows a lot!! Miss Jocelyn new management is fairly new she’s learning she has nothing to do with this complaint it’s all Nancy she got way toooooo big headed and it’s pathetically disgusting honestly been going on since Martha left!!!! That’s my peace!!"
"Been living here for 4 yrs , bathroom nightmare , was told it would be 2 days to repair bathroom now going on almost 2 weeks , called office staff spoke to Nancy and then questioned how many people living in apartment and how many on lease? Really?? Please try not to undermine the conversation respect rent paying customers. Old and out dated but rent continues to climb , Maintance people when they show up are great , personable and friendly. Hard to ding them when they themselves are trying to help. Office staff is not helpful , when management gets involved Martha is nice. Shouldnt have to be that way."
"I'm leaving a one-star review without anger or malice. Honestly, this place is simply old and needs either extensive renovations or to be torn down. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets droop. The particle board wood in the countertops have become shredded and can poke you if you're not careful. There are constant issues with the water service (no hot water or water completely shut off without warning). Sewage drainage is poor, and in my case, the pavement in front of my apartment was often flooded during the year and a half that I was there. People throw trash on the floor instead of inside the garbage containers. Instead of sending weekly e-mails about how there should not be any grills on our balconies or patios, the front office should've been reminding people to dispose of garbage properly. There were always roaches despite charging us a pest control fee and having someone "administer" pest control chemicals (not sure what was actually done if the roaches kept coming back). Do not live in any of the second-floor units as the upstairs room (technically the third floor) is very hot during the summer since the A/C vents do not pump enough cool air upstairs. I found random nails, screws, and pins along the carpet edges left by previous tenants. Whatever "carpeting" is left in the closets is in abysmal condition, and the closet sliding doors are basically broken. Two weeks before my lease ended, I tried to make an appointment with the front office for a move-out walk through or at least a consultation about what I needed to do. I never heard back from them and had to ask in person. Do not live here unless you absolutely cannot find another place."
