"I had a good review on the management team but me and my family hasn’t been here for a month and we are experiencing a infestation of roaches the apartment needs new appliances we pay to much to have to deal with this issue."
"I am so disgusted with Valley Ridge Apartments I recently applied for apartment about 2 months ago and it took them all over 24 hours or 72 to deny me for whatever reason they did which I'm okay with that but here it is too much later and I can't get my deposit back I called the apartment complex they don't know nothing they don't deal with it call the property management the people who own Apartments nobody answers the phone so if it was me I will be careful applying for Valley Ridge cuz it's almost seems like they just trying to steal the money"
"Kaylynn was not communicating with us she said our apartment would be ready by tomorrow when we went to check up today said the apartment would be ready for the 15th and the other guy was not even sure Kaylynn processed out application or not. She confirmed with us that we would get our apartment by Wednesday the 6th"
"Kaylynn is the best manager Valley Ridge can have. She is understanding and over all the nicest person in the office since we been at Valley Ridge."

I will be renewing my lease for the 3rd time comming this may. For aslong as Ms. Kaylynn is in office she will always have me as a tenant!"
