"Current resident….Office staff nice but living here has been a headache (problem after problem). Disruptive neighbors all hours overnight (started when they moved in October 2023 until current February 2024). Not good for normal working people.Can’t even enjoy coming to my residence and get a good night of rest (which prides itself of luxury standards & $$$$) after a long stressful day of work. Definitely not renewing the lease once the time comes up!!!!"

"I had a super smooth and easy process of applying and getting in. Ephesians and Claudina, including Blake were always helpful. Emails were answered almost immediately. I had specific requests and a budget and they made it happen. I was told to pick up my keys at a specific time and everything has been great. My apartment was clean, it’s a very modern minimalist apartment. Which I love! And boy are the cabinets spacious and tall. So are the ceilings. Staff is great overall. I was always greeted the moment I walked in, questions answered, if others walked in they were greeted and never ignored. My neighbor saw me struggling with groceries and brought them to my door. (Mom with a toddler here!) I can’t thank him enough. It’s a great community, everyone is friendly, staff is great - parking in my only semi-con; people lose common sense and courtesy. Some type of assigned parking would be nice and visitor parking towards back areas or middle grounds."

They always reassured us on getting back with a call, answered our questions and concerns, made sure we were happy, also offered suggestions. They went beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The atmosphere was very friendly and professional. My husband and I would highly recommend you to reach out if interested. We were treated like family. It's hard to find caring people, especially when making difficult decisions relocating. The young ladies were wonderful and helpful! They were excellent on doing their jobs.
