"(Cecil G) My experience living here has been excelent. I moved back up north and the process was smooth to leave the property. Bianca the property manager and Natalia are great people, kind and care about the tenants so your're in good hands. Any negative reviews are people who need to buy a house. No apartments is immune to have issues like car break ins etc. Bianca set up strict protocols to make sure I felt safe there and I never had any issues with the apartment. Sure the occational loud neighbor which they had a system to handle. The property is luxury and the apartmnets are huge like a condo. I loved living there becasue it was 4 minutes from DFW and the restaurant scene in grapevine, coppel and south lake were TOP."
"Excellent customer service. Natalia worked very hard to enable my move in on a Monday—following the the Friday that my application was approved. After move in, I found two small discrepancies. They were remedied immediately after being reported. I would recommend these apartments to others."
"I've lived here for almost 3 years now and Daniel in the maintenance department is working hard during the owner transfer to address all our requests as fast as he can. Daniel always has a smile on his face and is pleasant to speak with, by far the nicest and hardest working person on staff. We are lucky he stayed on when this place changed ownership."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We’ve been living there for 2 years now and there is absolutely nothing good I could say about the management of this place. We’ve had multiple break ins and home invasions in the past 3 months and nothing was done. Last night was the last straw. A SHOOTING occurred because a man was walking around breaking into peoples cars (inside the garage gates, who know how they even got inside) the police was called and he tried to escape in any way possible. He tried to run the cops over with his car, which lead to the shooting between the perpetrator and police. Many tenants have been putting up cameras due to the break ins, and some of them had already reported this man to management the night before after spotting him on their cameras trying to get into their cars. Management did nothing about the break ins and now have not address the shooting from the night before. Paying $2000 for a one bedroom for all of this to occur is absolutely unacceptable. All this not to mention we’re supposed to have 24/7 surveillance, which management had “forgotten to check if they were still doing that” direct response from management. There was also a tenant last summer who passed away in their apartment and many tenants reported bad odor, increase in bugs and no movement from that tenant and management lied to all of us saying they expected the apartment (obviously they did not since there was a body rotting in there) and continued to deny any neglect from their behalf. The management is EXTREMELY rude and incompetent. $2000 dollars to feel like I’m in south Dallas is a no."
"A LOT of inconsiderate people walking their dog/dogs without leashes. Valet trash is suitable, but still, people leave trash everywhere because they're too lazy to walk to the trash dumpster. The mowing crew does not do an excellent job picking up trash. And a lot of people don't pick up after their dog. Bags are provided throughout the complex, with many lazy, inconsiderate people with entitlement issues. The maintenance staff is excellent, and the office people are great. But no enforcement on dog issues. Also, someone keeps spitting on the walls in building #1, leaving alcohol in the stairwells, spills, and food on the ground. Just because it's "luxury living" doesn't mean the people are any different. It can still be ghetto."
