"Don’t move here, you’ll pay above market rate for rent and have a very hard time finding parking if you don’t shell out an extra $50 per month for a carport. Gym is a broom closet, and the dog park always has trash everywhere. They also never throw away the pet waste or replace the bags at the dog park."

"I’m so Thankful for our maintenance man here. Jorge Always works hard to get things done and is a very thoughtful of others. I’m also grateful for the office staff ( manager) always making sure my maintenance request are taken care of."

"My husband and I found this property in a random search for new places to live. We sold our house of 14 years and decided to make the move an apartment. (We were super nervous about living the apartment life!) We loved the layout of the apartments and the fact that it was a pretty small complex. We showed up to take a look around and met the Community Manager, Natasha. We walked around the complex, toured a unit we were interested in and talked with Natasha. She was very welcoming and professional. The move in process was fairly easy. Residents around us have been welcoming. We love that there are contests and community within the complex. Any issues we've had have been addressed in a very timely manner. We are loving the Grafton Flats community thus far!"

"Moved down to Texas from Boston during quarantine without seeing the apartment in person, could not have turned out any better. Katrina made sure the apartment was clean had all new appliances, renovations, and made the whole process easier. She even left us toilet paper in the bathrooms and bottles of water for us while we were moving in. The maintenance man Allen is the best. Very friendly and can take care of any issues. The apartments are very nice and updated, friendly neighbors, the pool area is great, dog friendly, and overall a great place to live!"

Katrina is also understanding and accommodating to any sudden circumstances that may come up and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her.
