"I am extremely disappointed with the way the Camden Riverwalk leasing management team handled my recent transfer. My unit was filthy, my paperwork had an error in it which resulted in the wrong prorate being charged and now the leasing management team is only concerned about making Camden whole and not taking accountability of mishandling me as a resident. This has become common behavior and it is extremely disheartening as I am contractually and financially obligated I find it unacceptable to be treated so dismissively. Renters beware!"

"We had a wonderful online tour with Jen who answered all our questions in great detail. We enjoyed living at Camden, despite some security concerns, such as break-ins in the clubhouse and tenant's cars in the gated community. However, after 6 months living at Camden, we had an absolutely awful experience after our A/C unit stopped working. It took 3 days for someone to come and fix it, and an additional 5 days for the problem to be fully resolved. During this time, our apartment was 88 degrees Fahrenheit, making it impossible to work or sleep. We were exhausted and frustrated, and we eventually decided to give our 60-day notice. We were fully cooperative with the maintenance team and we appreciated their hard work. However, we were still very unhappy with the way Camden handled the situation. To our surprise, Camden is now forcing us to sign a confidentiality clause that prevents us from speaking about our experience. If we do not sign the clause, they will not accept our 60-day notice. We believe this is a shocking and unethical way to treat tenants."

"I have been very lucky to live here at Camden Riverwalk Apartments. I can't begin to describe what a heaven this has felt like to me. My apartment is beautiful and I'm tickled I get to live in it. I love my view from my balcony! The apartments are perfect sized and the features are excellent. I love my granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. I love that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I've only had a few issues to call maintenance about and they were always so professional, caring, kind and fast. I would call about an issue and have it resolved within a day or two every time. The maintenance crew is stellar here! The Neighbors are lovely as well, I have made a few chatty friends while walking my dog around. I love my next door neighbors they're all nice and polite without being nosey. The front office staff is also incredible. I have had lovely conversations with them when I pass by and/or have questions for them. They are attentive and conversational. The pool and workout room are very well kept. I have enjoyed every visit to the pool to swim. The pool is maintained everyday and it shows. It is quite a popular place to be in the summers and the staff clean it up every morning so it looks like it was never touched. I'm so impressed with the ground keeping as well. There's never a branch or leaf out of place. I have also really enjoyed my walks on the path around the pond. Many afternoons have been spent on that trail and it is very peaceful. Keep an eye out for wildlife though! Living here has felt like a extended vacation to be completely honest. I feel like I live in a luxury hotel and all my needs are taken care of for me. I will be so sad when I leave. It's been such a peaceful and relaxing living experience here. I know I'm really lucky to live here. Also, its really safe feeling, there's never been an issue with packages at the doors being taken or anything like that. I have seen my own neighbors have packages outside their doors for weeks at a time and no one will touch it. Very respectful neighborhood for sure. Also, I love the valet trash pick up, that has been a really nice touch to the overall experience. Thank you Camden for being an amazing place to rent. You guys do everything with such excellence and I have noticed the care you put into making this a wonderful place to live."
