"The new manager Sylvia Martinez is absoulty amazing!! Despite the old reviews this place has turned completely around with the help of her. Work orders get filled on time, friendly staff, little to no noise, clean environment, working laundry facility, pools open in the summer, no crime, all bills paid and as far as pest i dont have any in my apartment. ☺ Satisfied renter here!!"

"Never have I ever see every single review one star. The smarter (or should I say sneakier) apartment owners will hire their friends and family to write fake five star reviews. But not this place. It's almost as if they're proud that this place sounds like it may just completely cave in at any moment. I may swing by as a prospective renter just to meet this "Tammy" and find out why every single person has an enormous problem with her."
