"I never write reviews, and if I do, they are always good reviews. However, I feel obligated to leave a review telling the truth about this apartment complex. This place started as a disaster even from day one. My boyfriend moved in around November, and within 3 weeks of living here, we had pipes burst, which have left permanent rust stains, dents in the ceilings, and we believe there may even be mold, but they never did proper mold testing. They only had someone from the maintenance team come in and check for ‘water’. NOT JUST THAT, but our dryer didn’t work for an entire month and a half. We complained multiple times, and they tried to blame it on the dryer. We had them blow out the vent multiple times, and then they FINALLY went on the roof and realized it was blocked. Then the dishwasher wasn’t working AT ALL and was making our dishes dirtier. We called the office multiple times, and “Elsy” or whatever her name is said she had no idea about a broken dish washer, even though we had been told the manager would be on it and replace it for us. The most USELESS front desk workers I have ever seen. Now, I decided to move in with my boyfriend sometime in February, so I had to sign onto his lease. I had signed the paperwork, sent it over, everything was good. But then, about a month into me living there, I called to ask about when I would receive my log in information for the resident portal. This is when they told me that I was never put on his lease, and that my paperwork had never been completed. HOW COME THEY NEVER CALLED ME? A respectable, quick-thinking apartment complex would’ve notified me within a week that they still needed a signature. This place didn’t even bother to let me know, and if I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have ever learned that I was not put on his lease yet. I called the office multiple times, even left them a text message. They never got back to me. THIS PLACE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. They know your phone numbers, and while they may get back to you quickly when you are considering moving in, they will never, ever pick up the phone once you live there because they know you won’t break your lease considering how expensive it is. Not just that, but this place let us sign a lease for 1300 for a 2 bed 2 bath. They raised the rent to 1980 for a 12-month lease. THIS BUILDING IS 20 years old!!! A SCAM. We have been dealing with a beetle infestation, and maintenance takes way too long to complete work orders. Not just that, but how can this place call themselves a gated community if the gates are always broken? OVERALL, DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE MAINTENCE TEAM TAKES FOREVER TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE LIKE 2-3 MAINTENECE WORKERS WHO ARE UNDERPAID, and OVERWORKED. They will do ANYTHING to not have to talk to you and will REFUSE to try and help with a broken appliance. The leasing office is full of a bunch of people who have NO IDEA what they are talking about. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I know what you’re thinking, this place can’t be this bad. Maybe this person just was an a**hole that lived there or something. I promise, we were kind and patient with all of them. This place is TERRIBLE. Just find somewhere nicer. Plus, the hallways are always disgusting, and people leave their trash out til it collects bugs."

"We lived here for 4 months and its was ok, but the maintenance is horrible. Anytime you have something wrong with you apartment they take forever to get someone to come out or they just forget about. We moved out and we just got our final statement, and they charged us 400$ for microwave damages for a damaged microwave handle. This place is heavily overpriced for the condition of the rooms. I would suggest going somewhere else and not risking losing extra money for stupid bills they send you"

"Love living here clean, quiet , family friendly ,dog friendly, feels safe like home ,great staff so far , all the amenities are always open . They keep up with the pest control. Curbside trash every other day."

"These apartments seem to be going down hill very fast, which is a shame because it was the best complex i have lived in, in quite a while. Don't get me wrong, it's still a nice & semi quiet place to live, but anyone with half a brain & an ounce of common sense can see where these apartments are going to end up at. 1). From the trash compactor breaking often and it taking management over two weeks to get it fixed, 2). no one picking up after their dogs & having to smell dog poop first thing in the morning & management not doing two bits to fix this but sending out emails that no one reads, 3). people putting out trash by the curb on non trash days & management not doing anything about it so the complex looks like we live in the ghetto, 4). to drug deals happening about every other night & management doing nothing about it. And unfortunately I live right behind the office so I get to see everything happening right before my eyes & hear it all, and knowing that the cops can't do anything because by the time they show up, those human garbage are gone. And again, also knowing that management won't do anything either just makes it all even worse, sad, & truly pathetic."
