"I wish they would please do something about the pest problem. Big roaches keep spawning in the bathroom or moist areas due to the horrible plumbing here, and no matter how much you clean. Sometimes the water used to get shut off without you even knowing. They have bugs that come from the water drains during the spring/summer called spring tails. There is a big spider infestation as well! It’s all so nasty. FIX YOUR PLUMBING!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I’ve been calling for days, even stopped by the property so that I can view the community. No one seems to even be occupying the office nor does anyone answer the phone or return calls. This is highly frustrating because the property looks nice but I’ve learned my lesson going off of pictures. Who can apply before actually physically see"

"I am new resident to this community, and I have to stay yes I have had a few issues since I moved in, and when I say a few I mean a total of 3, but the concerns have been handled in a timely manner and above my satisfaction. The property manager Linda communicates with me every step of the way and has made my mind at ease that my work orders are in good hands. The community is well kept up and clean and not one sign of unwanted critters. I read most of the reviews of this community and being in this industry myself I believe you get from your apartment what you put in. If you take care of you unit and follow the lease agreement as its written you too will not have any issues. I couldn't be more pleased with my new home. And no, no one put up to writing this review or paid me to do so, these are comments are straight from the horses mouth and my own experience living here thus far. Just a excellent community, and staff all the way around!! :)"

"I have lived here for 4 years now & when I first moved in here I had roaches in the kitchen only, but they have pest control every week (you have to tell the office you want them to spray every week cause they don't do it unless you tell the office you need it) & I WIPED & SPRAYED my kitchen with pure Clorox everyday & at night before I went to bed & after my first month here I haven't seen any since then!! They are great with following through with any maintenance work need, they fix it that day or the next day NEVER have to wait weeks like other apartment complexes! I LOVE these apartments cause I have my own front porch & patio & everyone stays to themselves no one bothers anyone else!"

"I have called this place home for a couple years now, and ever since I've lived here I've loved it. The managers are amazing! Helpful, polite, and always quick to respond. Miss Linda has been the absolute best property manager that I've ever met. She helps you with everything that you need and ALWAYS has your best interest in mind. I'm so sad that I have to move. The property is very quiet. the grass is always cut. There's no loud music. And in the three years that I've lived here I haven't seen a single bug. I recommend to everyone, move here."
