"My move was horrible. They had a Christmas party on the day of my move and the office was closed. They never answer the phone. I was charged the extra two hours waiting for a phone call from the property to tell me where my keys are. They never answered the phone Until Friday so I am in my new place on Wednesday waiting outside for two hours with Movers and the manager is not calling me back. The answering service said that the manager would it is a bunch of blame game here and the buddy system very unprofessional and I didn’t get anyone to answer the phone in the office until Friday so they never answer the phone on this property. I’ve already reached out to Corporate."

"My mom just moved in and she loves it. It is quiet at all times. Ive put in several work orders for my mom and the maintenance team has been on point and on time. The manager and leasing agent are friendly and welcome you with open arms to your knew place my mom stated. I do see a lot of pets there. It's very clean and kept up. No trash on grounds that I've seen. Thanks for making her kids feel amazing bout her move."

"I just moved in like a week or two ago. It’s not bad at all here. It’s affordable. And ducked off and nice neighborhood. The only thing is the neighbors sometimes play music kinda late and I got a baby. But other than that the place is pretty clean the ladies in the office are nice! And friendly. and the maintenance man Curtis is really nice! Super cool gentleman . He goes above and beyond to make sure whatever problems you have he’ll fix it! Thank you all for making my move in easy!"

"Sasha is amazing. Unfortunately on my move in day she wasn’t in. Sasha told me I could pick up my keys as soon as the office opened I wanted an hour after. Once I arrive I let this rude lady named Nicki. She tells me she hasn’t received my renters which she had. Then she tells me she needs my social security card. And that I can’t get my keys until noon. She is mean rude and very unprofessional. I then ask to speak with a manager and she says she’s the manager and hangs up in my face. Now I must wait 30 days to get my deposit back. Nicki is the absolute worst and should not be working in a job that requires human interaction. I feel sorry for her"

"Curtis is Awesome I agree and also the rest are not liars in their reviews don’t bother cleaning it’s pointless I was never home 3 weeks in town no company at work all day move out had charges of blinds, ruined before I came never once opened them so that was a a joke tub restoration fee I don’t sit just stand for showers and have a mat in my tub but looked just as it did moving in and I Ajax cleaned it plus I had no knob on or shower head moving in but it was a tub fee on my bill, carpet cleaning fee no company again plus area rugs never used my living room or upstairs loft area I stayed mostly in my bedroom so you would see all fraudulent charges that are not true and as they Said Nikki is horrible rude the first day I realized after a year it was a new person in office and don’t know how any place is but send you a bill of charges as if she was there the whole time and knows your place Fraud and I never complain or have issues until this one Place moving out Sad News said I left food in cabinet’s I took my food I only had seasoning lol I barely was home just to microwave Sad Blinds on floor oil spots moving in I cleaned but made no difference but who saw it on a bill I’m scared of the bugs so never opened the Balconies I’m a honest person and a homeowner some things you just don’t do to people for money When there is horrible Tenants out there honestly and dirty how they give you there apartments moving in Sad"
