"I have lived in Cobblestone for 14 years now and I have always been treated well by the management and staff, but I've always treated them respectfully also. This has been my home I love it and the area. I could say more but don't need to, God bless."
"This community was advertised as non-smoking. My downstairs neighbors regularly smoke in their unit, causing smoke to get into mine and onto my clothes. On top of the neighbors refusing to stop, I discussed the situation with management for months. In that time, I was told the full range of their policy is non-smoking to smoking is allowed anywhere. Grapevine itself is great, but I never felt valued as a resident at Cobblestone. I would suggest moving to a nicer community if you can afford it."
"I use to love those apartments but it's really gone down hill. People are insanely loud and rude. They will be at the pool all hours of the night screaming, drinking, and blasting music. Does not feel at all like grapevine there. They do nothing to enforce pool times and drinking rules which really sucks because theres a good chance youll be next to one of the two. Stay away unless you wanna feel like you live in the projects."
"RUN! Neighbors are nuts and violent. They will threaten to fight you, try to kick down your door etc. management is beyond useless and lead manager Terri is a karen. They will make up things to charge you for when you move out and your rent will be raised atleast $200 a month if you want to renew. Good luck getting your deposit back or not owing them anything for what they make up… Bugs are also a frequent problem, roaches, fleas you name it! Gunshots every other night in this neighborhood it is not safe. Not to mention the you get charged a mold removal service with your rent even though there is BLACK MOLD in your bathroom that they will tell you they won’t fix.. the other manager girl is extremely rude and lead manager Terri will do nothing to rectify this when you come to her with an issue with her rudeness stating, “she wouldn’t say that she’s a sweet girl.” There is not a single good thing about this place. On top of all of this they had the nerve to raise rent $300 after one year of being here."
"Staff did a very poor job with leasing did not feel valued which matches the complex. Trash everywhere. Pot holes that ruin your car. The office is built very nice but the apartments very lack lusters. Very quick to take your money and keep themselves comfortable tenants are secondary."
