The Encore on Mustang Apartments

"Their is absolutely no kind of parking over here!!!! I Came to visit a friend and we arrived back at her place at 2am and have been waiting for almost an hour and still waiting as I'm writing this!! Their spots are to compact, the roads are messed up bad, tight spaces and just presentation is nasty. I feel bad for the residents that live here b/c it has to be a hassle coming home and trying to find a spot which is ridiculous if you live here!!!! These apartments really need to do something about this b/c this is unacceptable and something needs to be inforced immediately! I'm so glad I don't live here b/c I would be furious and honestly would leave if I did. I would not recommend living in these apts unless u want to wait everyday for a spot to park in at night and nasty presentations."

"I do recommend this complex. Seems quiet and clean. While I was waiting on the front office for the lady to show me a two bedroom, I was observing how professional every one is. The unit that I saw was an upgrade unit love the brown cabinets. Cannot complain about the price either. Will walking to the unit I could observe maintenances cleaning around the dumpsters even though it was in the afternoon. The office staff made me fell welcome."

"- 11/18 - 11/22 no hot water. Apartment failed to give any kind of notice or update until 11/20. Notice stated that hot water should return by 11/21 but it did not. - 11/22 hot water finally restored and problem was supposedly fixed. -11/23 around noon we lose all water with no phone call, email or notice on our door. We called and they claimed there is still a leak and it would be fixed in a couple of hours. The office is now closed and water still has not been restored. According to the complex only the apartments in in my unit are effected. I asked to be moved to another unit if they are unable to provide me and my family with running water. They refused to acknowledge my request. The online resident portal is no longer useful since the complex is under new management. If you want to submit a complaint you have to write it on a piece of paper and give it to the office. You can no longer pay rent through the website. They are not familiar with anyone’s lease and have tried to overcharge. I have had to go to the office twice and show them the amount I agreed to pay when I signed the lease. For the first few days that they took over management the phone lines didn’t even work. Do your research before moving here. The new management company has poor reviews for a reason."

"I love it here, What can I say, I really haven't had any major Issues. I've been here for a year already and getting ready to re-new my lease. The Office management team are very helpful and well mannered, They take time to understand what your needs are and work with you. This has been a good location for my Son as well...School wise "High School" very convenient. From a single parent, it hasn't been easy. They are the best. This has been a good relaxing place for me. To make it better "We have across the street Police community Station " feel safe as well. Thank you Encore Apartments!"
