"I’ve lived here almost one year and my newer neighbors across the hall are horrible. There seem to be more occupants than allowed. People are constantly knocking on the door loudly through the day and night - like no one who lives there has a key. They are loud in late evenings. I called the office one time and let them know as an FYI that it appears there are too many people and it’s loud, and I asked them not to tell the neighbor it was me. I don’t need retaliation. I think they run a business out of there. I was hoping the office would check the occupancy and business because neither is allowed per the lease. The office suggested I call the police. Having too many people in an apartment is a lease violation, not a police matter. Nothing has changed since then. Instead, I find empty fast food cups and other garbage left on my doorstep, or loose food left in my valet trash container. Classless people. And, I know it’s them. I’ve said nothing to them and mind my business and now I’m harassed. The community felt nice and quiet and safe when I first moved in but it has gone done hill to the point that I don’t want to live here anymore. Peace at home matters more than anything. I come home wondering what I’ll next find on my doorstep or who will be banging on a door at 1 AM. It’s feeling more like a slum than a home."
"I just moved to Montelena apartments and I'm so happy I did! Not only the complex is very well maintained and clean but also this was the smoothest rental process I ever had thanks to Connie. Connie was very kind and very helpful throughout all my rental process. Her kindness and charm made the difference in the already stressful process of moving with two toddlers. She always responded all the questions right away and help me with everything. You are amazing! George was also so nice fixing a little issue that i found in the apartment. The moment I let them know, Connie and George within minutes took care of it! Thank you!!"
"Connie and Danielle have been so accomodating and kind. We had some issues at move in and they worked with us to make them right. The apartments are clean and quiet, the gym is in good condition, and the leasing office is the best I have worked with. I would very much recommend this place."
"I’m going to be completely honest. Aside from this place being extremely nice, it wasn’t the unit that sold me. It was the team, more specifically Danielle, the assistant manager. Then of-course, I was able to meet the leasing consultant, Connie and the manager, Darcy. They are all just spectacular and always going above and beyond. They are wonderful people to talk to and always a step ahead to get things done. Another plus of this place, for any flight attendant wanting to be near DFW, its only 8 minutes. Anyways, definitely recommend this place to everyone. The complex, the location, the view, and more importantly, the team is amazing."
"Everything from application to move in has been great. The office is responsive and always replies to my emails and calls. I love my apartment. There’s ample parking. I had a few items that needed to be addressed and maintenance took care of it ASAP. Everyone on this team has been responsive and courteous. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Its also a quiet community from what I can tell. I feel like I made a good decision moving here."
