"Apartment's do not have Washer/Dryer/Pool or even look like as posted on their Website...they are under reconstruction at the moment & they are NOT low budget living. I barely moved in on June of this 2023yr & so far I've called Leasing Office to remind them of my AC work order, AC works fine it's just that AC/Heater does NOT reach to the main Master bedroom at all...I've told Asst.Manag. about it and it's been 2months that nuthing has been done. All neighbors & their Maintenance staff is very noisy with who comes to visit yu & no where in my contract says anything about a curfew (yu can't sit on yur own patio stairs). I just moved in this past June...I moved from California, I was offered an apartment that was not ready to move in so they offered another apartment that was just re-painted and was not inspected well when I moved in Ex: floor Vinyl's were not placed well with enough adhesive-shower curtain rods are not screwed in strong & both my shower tile walls & tub's were repainted with High Gloss paint that made them super slippery & balcony rails (fence) is not screwed in tightly and when yu lean on it feels super loose & broken. I don't even think any of my home appliances are even close to NEW...I found RAT droppings (I took foto) when I pulled out Dishwasher to check why it leaked water when I used it (it was NOT connected well). I currently have an old apartment home & not a NEW remodeled home...I don't know when will we enjoy one soon."

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!! I was suppose to move in last week. The manager walked my unit 3 hours before i was suppose to move in. she sent an email instead of calling me because she said it took too much time. They did not even know which day I was suppose to move in. I had to do the work for the apartment complex. They are very unorganized. The general manager do not respond to emails or voicemails. If I could rate this apartment zero stars I would!! They did not even want to refund my money back even though it was the apartment complex fault."

"Been living for a very long time and Penny and Bibiana have been the best managers so far. These ladies work extremely hard to make the property looks amazing. The made sure the kids had something to do for the summer and all the kids on property had what they needed for school. You ladies are amazing and blessed."

"I’ve lived at this property off and on since August of 2021. So when I decided to move back, I had a positive feeling that I would have a better experience. I moved in in December of 2022, did a walk through with the leasing agent and discovered a hole from the doorknob that was fixed. But upon officially moving in, within 24 hours I discovered many issues which I immediately notified management. I was told Maintenence wasn’t available and that someone would come to fix my fridge at least that didn’t happen. Nobody ever came, over 3 weeks I notified Management numerous times to have maintenance come and again nobody came. Last week I heard awful amount of water dripping and when went to investigate my ceiling in my bathroom above my tub was leaking. Contacted management, they then sent someone out that didn’t speak English, had to translate through an app on his phone. He explained it was the toilet from upstairs neighbor and said he would notify the management of the other issues, didn’t take further precautions to ensure mold didn’t develop. I ended up going to the office off of hunch (despite the email of the office being closed) and by the grace of god the manager Lance was there. I was able to inform him of my apt issues, he ended up correcting my ledger for my current charges. He ensured me he was going to notify his staff about sending Maintenence to repair the issues and replace my fridge all together. All in all I know who to ask for when I can’t get anything done from the office staff. ☺️✨"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Very unprofessional. I’ve had a leak in my restroom for over a month which then cause a hole in my ceiling. It took me saying I was not going to pay my rent for them to come fix the hole, but they didn’t even fix the leak. Then the manager proceeds to tell me, I should know when the person upstairs is showering so I should know what was causing the leak. She then proceeds to tell me that me paying my rent has nothing to do with the maintenance even though I requested maintenance a week before my rent was due. Considering I am pregnant and have a 1 year old in the home, it is a health concern with sheet rock and water creating mold. A lawsuit will be taken place after the conversation I had with the manager today. This is a horrible complex to live in, they are over priced and fail to prove their residents are a priority. Current property manager clearly has no idea what she is doing. If I could rate 0 stars I would."
