"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The property manager is a snake and will screw you over however he can. When we first moved in the townhome hadn't had a make ready service come out and deep clean. When we brought up our concern he said it was our responsibility. That should've detered us immediately bur we were desperate and my Wife was pregnant so we needed to find somewhere fast. After moving in we listed multiple concerns all of which took many different conversations to resolve.when we finished our first year there we asked to be approved for a 9 month lease and we were assured we would be, however they sent my wife a 9 month lease and never sent me one so when we brought that up they told us they would just re-send the lease to both if us when they did they sent us a 12 month lease but told us it was a 9 month lease. After confronting them about it the property manager assured us he would find someone to sublet our place so that we wouldnt be financially responsible for it after we moved out. We have now moved out and down to Austin and they are denying ever saying they would allow subletting and forcing us to stay locked in the wrong lease they sent us along with forcing us to default on our lease and destroy our renters history. DO. NOT. RENT FROM. THESE. PEOPLE."

"I honestly love these homes but the management is very unresponsive. I have gone days and days without hearing back about repairs. Our smoke detectors have been chirping intermittently for almost a week. I have alerted them that it is keeping us up at night and no reply. Other than that, I love the property and the space and the price is amazing. The landlady seems very nice. Just needs to hire an assistant."
