"I like it over here. It's quiet and I've meet some nice neighbors. The only thing that I hate is the tenants that has pets don't have respect for others that don't have any. They never pick up after their dogs. I don't care to see that or step in it cause I've noticed some pets go on the sidewalk as well."

"It would take me entirely too long to explain all of the stress and problems I’ve had here at Maxwell. I knew on move-in day that I’d made a terrible decision when I was handed keys to the most disgusting unit I’ve ever seen. So what should’ve been a 12:00 move-in time ended up being 8:30pm after waiting for the cleaners to come and carpet to be installed. Even after the “cleaners” came, I had to put many hours of my own time into cleaning before this unit was even partially decent. From broken windows, leaking AC, sinking floors and ceilings, bugs, trash everywhere, loud residents…. I’d describe this place as dirty, broken, stressful, and loud. Welcome “home” to Maxwell lol."

"If I had the option for no stars that would be my choice. To begin Cari and Amy in the office are the sweetest but it’s not enough! I moved 16hrs from Florida to Texas the unit I applied for was NOTHING of what’s online. Neighborhood is not clean doesn’t look safe I would NOT recommend. The apartment had bugs broken appliances chewed up base boards from previous tenants. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! When I attempted to report my issues the office was closed before the actual closing time and had to wait a full weekend in a hotel room with no accommodations for the inconvenience. I have requested to speak with the property manager and was unable to do so being that she never returned calls or email. Manager Ashley is EXTREMELY rude and doesn’t care about anyone situation all she knew is she was back from vacation and couldn’t give a resolution until she felt it was a need to. Literally been in a hotel because the conditions of the apartment was not livable in my eyes and still no one has reached out and said absolutely anything. I was able to get my prorated rent back that was paid at move in time but was not accommodated for anything else even though I requested a virtual tour more than 4 times and was assured the unit was fully renovated. It’s very much so GHETTO do not move here. They only have one maintenance guy who does the renovation and he should be FIRED! Please if you are looking for a nice home and want to feel safe look else where this place isn’t it!"
