"We have had so many problems with this complex under the old management/ownership. Since the new company has been over the complex I’ve seen major improvements. The reginal manager Jeanna is hands down the most wonderful person. She makes sure that things are taken care of. They have gone above and beyond to help us getting our needs taken care of. They took good care of my little family to get us into a wonderful unit. Thank you Jeanna for going above and beyond for my family."

"If you want peace of mind, no roaches, no headaches from dealing with management that doesn’t care, want your apartment office to answer the phone or respond to emails, then this IS NOT the place for you! On the other hand, if those things suit you fine, welcome home neighbor!!!!"

"Jasmine A has been very unprofessional since she’s taken over for Leslie which was a way better property manager. My apartment was flooded in June due to “squatters” breaking in upstairs and breaking a dishwasher which flooded my whole living room and put holes in my kitchen and living room ceiling, they took a month in a half to fix all the damages done. They didn’t respond back to my renters insurance who was trying to get details of the claim. I was told I could possibly get a month of rent off for which that happened then when the next month came and I tried paying rent they tell me I owe for the month still! I was given a violation for putting my trash bag on the side of the dumpster because it was too heavy to lift and jasmine got in my face, snatched my phone out my hand and slammed my car door. She’s unprofessional and tries her best to get people put out. They never answer the phones, I haven’t got mail in months, they don’t update you, the hot water is off at least 4x a month. DONT MOVE HERE."

"Within 24hrs my vechile was towed, after I registered it. Although they tell you to registered you aren't informed of all the details you have to provided. I had to pay $317 for my car that wasn't even held for more then 12hrs if that. Also, I was ask to move in a week early and still they were ready. My key wasn't ready or the apartment because I was moved from the original apartment I was told because it didnt have W/D connection. SMH. Unorganized, much. Then when my car was towed I was hit with a violation for disruption due to being upset about my car being towed. Wth do you expect, my car was TOWED in less than 24hrs of moving-in when I originally was suppose to be here on the 30th. I seriously feel as if there is a money scheme going on with the tow company and this Company.Nothjng has went right seance I have tried to love in here. READ THE REVIEWS PPL!!! THE RENT IS CHRAP FOR A REASON. SN:Jasmine is trying her best and if she wasnt doing everything herself, it seems, she wouldnt be so flustered."

"WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! They don’t care about their tenants, the maintenance men only work on the apartments they get ready for move in ! Staff is never on time for work the office is never open on time. You have to go to the post office for your mail, mailboxes have been down since beginning of November of last year. Roach infested as well and they charge you for pest control but they never come out. They also “make up fees” and pocket money. BE CAREFUL. This property is also used for people coming from shelters , so that explains why they don’t care for tenants(those ppl don’t have to pay full rent). The rent is NOT WORTH $1400. Trash sits at the garbage cans for WEEKS !!!!!!"
