"I love the home but I have been having an on going issue since I've been here half of last yr and this yr there's no management staff , constantly putting eviction notices on resident door with inaccurate fees .My water has been on through the City Of Fort Worth since I've lived here and I've received an eviction notice stating that I owe a thousand and something dollars due to water and sewer that it's supposed to be paid through Terrell homes and not the city of Fort Worth which I've never been told that and never understood that."

"Well, I tried to call today too. No answer. First I tried to fill out the contact form and it kept telling me to prove I wasn't a robot. (Felt like the commercial! Frustration loading!!!) lol. Never could get it to go through that's when I called. So, now I"m not even interested. Imagine trying to get something fixed????? No thanks, there's too many other options! "I been living here sense they opened and I love my apartment.its very quiet and the office staff is very friendly....if something needs to be fixed they come right away i don't plan on moving any time soon... FYI Elizabeth is a great office manager my neighbors and I love how hard she work with our apartments... Keeping them clean and safe"
