"I recommend no one ever in history moving into this place. It is extremely trashy it’s infested with roaches bed bugs and mice. The manager is beyond rude and don’t even get me started on the maintenance guys. They don’t even know how to do their job. When I asked for the managers number she laughed in my face and refused to give it to me. The floors look like they’re gonna cave in because it’s so uneven. If I had no stars to give it then that’s what I would do but please if you can wait do so and never move into this place because I guarantee that a hotel would be better than this"

"This is the worst place I have ever lived! Infested with roaches, bedbugs and mice. There is also a mold problem. They never fix anything because the maintenance workers have no clue what they are doing and the manager is terrible. When I asked her for the owners phone number or email she laughed at me and refused to give it to me. They have "security" but they don't do anything. My car was broken into once and I had my catalytic converter stolen 3 times. When I asked them if they could check the cameras to see if we could figure out who did it, they told me no because it's just live feed and they don't record. Bs. The place is very trashy and looks awful. I was always afraid of walking through my kitchen because it always felt like it was about to collapse (I lived on the second floor). You could literally see I large dip in the middle of the floor! The laundry mat is a joke and half the time the machines never work right. Do not move here! All of your beds, furniture and electronics will get infested. The model apartment that they showed me was beautiful and almost perfect, but the actual apartment they gave me was a dump."

Mildew covered by paint. Electrical outlets catching on fire in the middle of the night. I cleaned the apartment real good and never got my deposit back. They sent me a bill but it never arrived at my new address. This people ruined my credit scores because they sent it to collections. Those positive reviews you see here are most likely paid bots. To see the truth all you have to do is stop by on a Sunday afternoon to see what those apartments are really like."

"These apartments are trash. Management is rude and of no help to the residents. I highly suggest not living here unless you want to live with roaches and mold. The complex is full of garbage and the landscaping is neglected. When maintenance does come for repairs, they don't actually fix anything. Parking is horrible. My guest had to park on the street, and the car was shot up. Just a horrible place to live all around."
