"I lived here for a year, the location is unbeatable in my opinion! it was beautiful! Right off of the lake and golf course. The staff here always made me feel welcome, espically Analyse! She is always genuine, knowledgeable, and ready to solve any issues I may be dealing with! matainance was always fast and friendly! I only moved because my mom needed my help in another state. It was great here! If you're thinking of moving here, you won't be disappointed!"

"I really like this apartment complex. The staff is super nice and always very helpful. The grounds are clean, not loud, and safe. Analyse, the assistant manager, is Amazing and always helpful. She literally always goes the extra mile and I have never seen her without a smile on her face. The maintenance crew is superb and very helpful."

"I needed to find an apartment in Fort Worth due to a change in jobs. I looked at several, but when I found Lake Pointe I knew this would be my new home. The complex is very well maintained. The office staff are amazing. The grounds crew takes good care of everything, including the trash compactor and recycle area, which at times gets very messy, (some people are just nasty) but they do a fantastic job. The office team handles issues and/or complaints timely. They are firm, but fair and I like that. Too many complexes just don't care about their residents, they just want the rent money. Lake Pointe works very hard for their residents. I feel safe, and I'm only 20 minutes from my new job. Thank you Lake Pointe for making a difficult transition from Denton to Fort Worth a great experience!"

"Lived here for 7 years….and let me tell you this…. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me make the right choice when I first toured with them. During the application process the team was very helpful, they were very patient with me and my hectic work schedule. When trying to figure out where to go for internet and electricity the staff was nice enough to make suggestions of providers on top of having the representatives contact me, making it easier for me. During the time I stayed here the maintenance staff was very nice, and polite. I have a dog and from time to time I would forget to put her up when I had a maintenance appointment, the team was very kind to start notifying me of when they were headed so I could put my Medusa away in the bedroom. My ac did go out during the extreme heat here in Texas, the maintenance team was kind enough to get a window unit for the time they needed to fix my ac. Medusa and I were saddened to turn in keys, Medusa loved the dog park, made lots of friends. Hopefully my job will transfer us back to Fort Worth to come back to Lake Pointe."

"Ever since I’ve moved in, the staff has been nothing but helpful. If I have any issues, they are quick to take care of me and make me feel important. The complex is kept clean, the pool is amazing, and they host a ton of fun events here. It definitely feels like a warm community here!"
