"This review is about maintenance .. mainly Jesse! Because he is awesome! When you think apartment living and having to put in a work order, you always hear horror stories.. NOT HERE! The maintenance staff is quick and gets the job done the first time. Jesse is by far my favorite! He defiantly cares about what he's doing and the people he's doing it for. I couldn't ask for a better maintenance man."

"My experience has been nothing short of great, from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I moved here from out of state and was able to see my unit virtually and they have been so willing to help with anything I have needed. Maintenance always stays on top of the property and any requests get completed so quickly and not to mention how kind they are. The location, price, look of the property and kindness of the staff definitely make this my favorite place I have ever rented. I would highly recommend!"

"My husband and I lived here for almost 5 years and we were so sad to go! The highlights of living here are the really nice amenities. The gym is pretty good for an apartment complex and never too crowded! The access to the miles of walking trails and downtown is amazing and the grounds and buildings are well kept. The BEST thing may be the leasing agents. Shawanda, Larissa, and Ashton are the nicest, greatest humans you could ask for. I think we (and Luna) may miss them the most ❤️ Thanks for everything!!"

"Moved here as a temporary place until our house is completed. Everyone in the main office is truly wonderful. Extremely helpful , kind, caring and will make you feel right at home every single time you walk in. My kids can’t wait to see their “office ladies” Shawanda , Larissa and Ashton for their daily walks. My dog even knows when it’s time to go because she gets so excited to be pampered and given treats. Maintenance staff is also superb and has always come immediately even for minor issues and has fixed every little thing. The amenities are lovely. The pool feels like a resort hotel!! These apartments are conveniently located from literally everything and I’ll miss that convenience."

"I am coming up on 1 year of living at this fabulous apartment! I absolutely love it here, it feels like home. Ms. Shawanda and Ms. Larissa are my two favorite people to see in the office, they are so sweet. They have even built a relationship with my Benji boo (my fur baby) every time we take our walks we HAVE to stop by the office so he can get some love from those two ladies. I also appreciate the maintenance team! Anytime I put in a request, they get right on it; I love how they’re friendly and so willing to help. I don’t see me going anywhere any time soon, they have really made my transition to Mansfield easy. ❤️"
