"My experience has been fine for the most part. There are some residents who are dirty and refuse to clean up after themselves and their pets but that comes with apartment living. One thing that bothers me is the cheap materials and poor craftsmanship used during construction. Other than that, I am satisfied."

"The complex is poorly managed. The hallways are filled with dog poop, the packages are left in the open, and the entry gates on the building are broken. The device to allow guests into the building is broken, so you must walk to let delivery drivers and guests into the building. Very inconvenient. Save your money and look for a nicer/cleaner/better managed complex."
