"The only thing good about these apartments are the closet space. EVERY week about 2-3 times a week everyone who lives here gets a sassy email from management about something they don’t like. For instance, you cannot have anything on your patio. Why am I paying such high rent to not be able to sit on my patio with patio furniture. Okay next, they sent emails about pets, you can only walk your pet at certain times of day and your pet has to have a special collar they provide. oh and it gets worse! they randomly stick notes on doors about unasked for inspections. i have never lived anywhere more invading than this place! i’m scared to even breathe too hard. The parking is horrible. Not enough parking for the residents that actually live here. If you have guests they can’t stay more than two days or their car will be towed! (Yes they will still towe it even if you park in the guests parking and register it). Last but not lease the apartment owner Sarah walks around with her nose tooted in the air and does not speak nor address any of the residents. She will ignore you. The leasing office is always too busy to actually take care of residents needs. They’re probably too busy curating those weekly annoying emails they send nagging! They never answer the phone either. Call them now, i bet they won’t pick up. WORST APTS EVER I can’t wait to leave!!!"
"I'm a new tenant, we signed our lease agreement this month and are going to be moving in within the next couple of weeks. I rarely do reviews but this place deserved a raving one simply for its incredible staff, notably Ashton. Ashton is an absolute rockstar in property management, and has helped make our leasing process incredibly convenient. I recall that on the day I signed our lease agreement I was running late due to travel distance and work hours, but Ashton willingly stayed nearly 45 minutes past closing time to help us get all set for the welcome home stage in the process. She has also been incredibly nice to my wife who is new to the country, and made her feel right at home. 10/10 experience thus far, and I imagine the living experience will be much of the same. Looking forward to living here long term!"
"Update: The cost to have a boot removed from a vehicle here is $150.00. And that’s not it. After you pay to have the boot removed, you have to take the boot to the towing service, which is about 15 -20 minutes away. If you don’t return to boot, guess what? Yep, you guessed it, more fees. Can you imagine living at an apartment complex where there solution to their lack of parking spots is have guest parking that requires you to register online the vehicle license plate and only allow a visitor to only park at your complex 3 times a month? I can, I am living this nightmare right now. I mean they have no problem partnering with a tow company and creating a hostile living environment simply because they did not create enough parking for this complex. And to top it off, they did not tell me about this ridiculous parking situation until after I signed my lease. You need to do better Mansfield on the Green. I will be happy to update when this complex comes up with a better parking system but I am not going to hold my breath, and neither should you. Please do not move here if you plan on having visitors come to see you. They will boot your visitor's car even when you register your car in their stupid visitor spots. It's like they built the parking spots as an afterthought here. It's not enough parking spots here! If you enjoy having company come over without the hassle of having to register the cars online EVERY TIME they come to visit, then please choose another apartment complex. Oh, by the way they can only visit 3 times a month. What is this? A prison?! Sooooooo, yeah make sure you don't want to have someone come see you more than 3 times a month or they will get the boot! I wish I would have seen a review about the horrible parking situation here, because I would have NEVER moved here! If you need more information on their ridiculous parking situation just contact Ashton the Assistant Manager, she will be happy to give you all the details!"
"The office staff is friendly and responsive. They address issues quickly and celebrate tenants. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. When I arrived to Mansfield on the Green in 2022, Texas was in a heat wave and maintenance was overloaded. It was hard to get issues addressed…BUT…that all settled down and cooled down. Life is good."
"I've lived at Mansfield on the Green for more than 2 years and Sarah, Ashton, and Ryan are all amazing! They are friendly and often go out of their way to assist me. I have not experienced noise concerns, and maintenance responds relatively quickly when requested. I really enjoy living here!"
