"The office manager lady is very rude and disrespectful. She changed the locks on the storage unit and refused to give the old man his tools back. When everyone knows it is his tools he is 65 years old and walks with a cane. This is man that help the old maintenance man with electrical when he needed help. Beware of this property the manager will try and scam you anyway she can."

What I love about these apartments is that everyone is kind and there is also security so you will absolutely feel safer knowing this apartment take care of you and your property."

"I’ve lived here for three years and this complex has improved vastly in that time. Cristina, our new manager, is responsive, diligent, and friendly. She’s also a vast improvement over the previous manager who was unreliable and hardly ever in the office. The interiors and exterior of the building have been completely remodeled. Even the windows have been recently replaced. When I first moved here, there wasn’t any controlled access and the complex wasn’t safe at night. Now we have keyfob access and the building is totally secure from the outside at night. The unsavory tenants are gone as well as the non residents who were sleeping in the common areas (and worse). The grounds and pool are maintained very well. I’ve noticed that several reviews here complain about maintenance. The complex website has a resident portal which is accessible from a smartphone or PC and work orders are entered there. I’ve had quick and complete work orders since Cristina replaced the previous manager. If residents won’t take the time to put in work orders, that’s their choice. I highly recommend this complex. The rent includes all utilities and is as competitive and affordable."
