"It’s all about the money . Made me pay $200 for a bed that the maintenance guy helped me take out and he said he’ll keep in the storage. And when I told them that they still charged me $200 . Also they’ll keep changing g their prices on everything. Do not live here I repeat do not live here"

"Told me that I had an open 2-bed, 2 bath for the fall semester and even placed me on a VIP list. I had even signed the lease, and the complex even requires a guarantor to sign as well. I thought this was odd. I had not heard anything back from them, and when I called to verify my move in date NEXT MONTH, they told me that they had given my spot away after “an unfortunate failed attempt to call me” they never emailed me to let me know this. Beware of their shady business practices!"

"Great location and great apartment overall. The only problem is there are huge cockroaches ! I have come across a few dead cockroaches in the hallway and spotted two crawling around my room this morning."

"I have loved living at University House TCU this past semester so much that my roommates and I already decided to live here next year! I have felt so much at home living here. I have especially loved the free coffee and the great gym. The interactive mirror is my favorite for work outs. One thing that has stuck out to me compared to other apartments in the area is the cleanliness and how quickly maintenance is there to fix any issues. The general manager Monyca and the other office staff, Molly and Jackson, are very friendly and reliable. I know that I can talk to them whenever I need to and that they will do everything they can to make living here great. Lastly, I love how close it is to campus. I never feel like I have to rush to class because it is such a short walk. It is in a very convenient location! I highly recommend living at UH TCU because it has many great things to offer!"
