"How can we forget 1 amazing year of living in this complex. The first day when Mark showed us the community and the way he respected us, we made our decision to move over to this community. Amazing and very nice. The administration office is highly responsive and they take care of you in no time. It is always cleaned and tidy. The staff are exceptional. We didn’t have any issue with any noise or crowd parties as the others mentioned in their comments. We have moved out for a year and half to NY, but for sure here is our first choice on our trip back in 2025. I hope we can get our unit back when we come back to Fort Worth."

"Only move here if you like to be disturbed and awakened by the constant fire alarm going off. Not the smoke alarm in individual apartments but the buildings fire alarm. In addition, if you do tour these apartments, particularly in the “District “ building, ensure the appliance are acceptable. In my experience, the appliances are old, scratched up and the oven was not cleaned well when I moved in. The washer makes the worse noise too. Like the drum is going out. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes even when dishes are rinsed off. The painters also ruined the nice wood floors too by paint splatter at every corner of the apartment. Samuels Avenue is a very busy street and there is a train that runs in the back. Just be aware if you are looking to move here. I do however think that management works hard to keep things in order and there are some amenities here. My service request were always answered quickly and the management team was always helpful. But the tenants have to work with management too to place keep the place clean, etc. and if you really have a keen eye, you will notice the grounds and landscaping is better well kept than other complexes up and down Samuels."

"It won’t let me respond on here so I’ll edit my post. I did reach out before making a post and you didn’t do anything about the washer and just sprayed chemicals that did not work. So why do I need to reach out again if it will be the same outcome of nothing getting done? Another edit: I reached out again to Andrea and she continues to argue with me through email!!! Who else can I talk to about the situation??? I would leave no stars if it would let me. I Moved into a different unit that is bigger and am having a roach issue + termites. I sent videos and pictures. The new manager Andrea is not helping this situation. She says she is but I am still seeing roaches. This is NOT LUXURY LIVING AS IT IS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. Stay far away from this place!!!!!!! The price is high, too high to be living with roaches! Management and staff are not on the same page and you will be told different things by different team members. My washer is also extremely loud and makes noises that it shouldn’t make. I have asked for it to be fix or for a different one and was told there isn’t another one available and this wasn’t an emergency. The washer/dryer is included in your rent. That means I am paying to rent them out and have to deal with it being loud. It is not right."

"I recently toured Trinity Urban Bluffs in downtown Fort Worth, and the experience was exceptional. The moment we walked in, the greeting was warm, and the staff at the office was amazing, providing a wealth of information and making us feel truly welcomed. The amenities are fantastic; the cute little dog park is a delightful touch, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. Although we haven’t moved in yet, the sense of community among the residents felt wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and made us excited about the prospect of being a part of this community. One concern I initially had was the potential noise due to the proximity to downtown. However, I took the initiative to drive by the property at night over the weekend, and to my surprise, it was quiet and peaceful. I spoke with a kind couple who have been a residence for over 2 years and they both confirmed as well, the gentleman was quite humorous and said I was about as active as it got. This discovery reassured me that it’s a serene place despite the downtown location. Overall, my experience left me feeling certain that Trinity Urban Bluffs is where I want to make my new home. It’s not only the great facilities and welcoming environment but also the assurance of a peaceful abode despite the downtown hustle that have won me over."

"There are parties all night at the pool. The office has been notified and does nothing. If you live near the pool, you will not sleep. I wish I lived ANYWHERE else at night! The apartment is beautiful but at the cost of no sleep. And office staff who allow drinking and smoking and music all night at the pool. Move here if you want to PARTY but otherwise, stay far away. Terribly disappointed in this experience!!"
