"Lovely location and amazing facilities. If not for my experience this morning at 6:30, it’s an easy 5 star from what I’ve seen so far. This morning I was awoken to a building-wide fire alarm, so did the natural thing and headed for the stairs. I was surprised to find that I and my girlfriend were the only two making an exit or acting like there was any urgency until we spoke with a resident on the first floor who told us sometimes the alarm just goes off and nobody really bothers making a safe exit or even leaving their units for them. 20 minutes later, the alarm finally stops and I’m wondering how management expects residents to trust a real alarm (if it ever came to that) if they’re all jaded to it and won’t even leave their doorway."

"Came across this complex on google decided to stop by and I am so glad I did. Oryon was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Oryon was extremely attentive to our leasing needs and went out of her way to uncover all avenues to help accommodate options within our budget. By far the best leasing agent I have ever encountered and the property is blessed to have her as a frontline representative, besides her professionalism she was very personable and made us feel right at home, she is truly here for the residence and the future residence. "I have decided to lease a unit at this complex after visiting well over 10 complexes. This was by far the best experience and by far what I believe to be the best living environment. Christine and Dylan are phenomenal! They answered all my questions and were just as excited to have me become a resident. They seemed to take pride in their community and what they had to offer. They left me with no doubts as to where I would like to lease. They invited me to their resident pool mixer tonight and I do not even live there yet! I have no doubt the rest of the leasing team is just as great! They are still in some phases of construction but from what I can tell no delays and the unit I wanted was ready ahead of schedule! I would move tomorrow if could! The property is gorgeous! The gym amazing! The clubhouse equally amazing! The residents I met at the pool mixer very nice! If you have not toured this property you are missing out on likely one of the best properties I have found!"
