"Unfortunately I have to agree with the person a few reviews below. Ive lived here since the beginning as well and to elaborate on the issues with the pool, over the summer months and well into October the complex pool is used by residents and non-residents alike well into the early hours of the morning. When residents bring this issue to the staff we are dismissed and told to contact the courtesy patrol that surveils the complex when called but every time we call, no one is ever sent out to ask people to leave the pool. We’ve called at least a dozen times and have never had a positive outcome. People party, get drunk, and yell around the pool area almost every night well into the early hours of the morning, 3 or 4 AM. The pool closes at 10pm. Every other complex I’ve lived has had an on-patrol guard or someone to at least make sure the people using the pool are residents or at the very least a lock on the gates. I’ve never had this kind of issue. Anyone can walk in through the complex gates and use our pool and they do. Again, each time courtesy patrol is called, we are ignored. The issue with the garage is finally being addressed as they are installing speed bumps and mirrors so we can only hope the pool issue can be addressed next because one of the reasons we even chose to live in this apartment is the seller told us the pool is very private and rules regarding the pool are taken very seriously. This is further from the truth. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 years"

"The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the previous manager seemed too distracted to pay attention to work orders. However, Pam, who is the new manager, is excellent. I left my keys and was locked out of my apartment (7:30pm). Luckily, she was still at the leasing office and called me back. She helped me back into my apartment, and I can’t thank her enough. My dog would’ve been left alone for well over 18 hours had Pam not helped. Moreover, I’ve noticed work orders from months ago are finally completed after Pam started. I’m eager to see how this new form of management acts. About the apartment itself: the aesthetic is pleasing and modern, but the walls are thin. The patios of the 2 1-bedroom apartments are the same size while the 2-bedroom apartments have much more space. The amenities: the dog washing station doesn’t have hot water. The gym is cozy with free weights up to 100 (estimate). I feel it needs a smith machine and more space/mirrors. I’d also like to see barbells. Perhaps they can add a new gym to building 1. The garage is fine, but towing is relentless. The gate seems to have issues every other week. Cameras should definitely be installed considering there’s a bar next door and concert venue across the river. Lots of traffic with little safety. Hope this helps you make the best decision!"
"Have to start by saying never deal with Kylie. I don’t know how someone can speak to people the way she does in a position she is in. You’d better have all email and call receipts ever made to them saved to CYA. They tried to charge me more for not having signed my lease by a certain date when there wasn’t even one available to sign. But once they finally had it ready, I had til end of business day to sign it before they would have to “charge me more”. Recently I made sure to email my renters insurance to them THE SAME DAY as signing renewal lease since they didn’t have it… yet it hasn’t changed and automatically renews. Apparently they still don’t have it and there’s an additional $700 charge on my account to pay. I have an email receipt that shows I sent it. She said she tried to call me and email… that was ONE TIME two weeks ago apparently (she said she did). She could have put a note on the door at least, like the time she came to serve me a paper, knocked once on my door, didn’t wait and walked in on me naked. Not even over exaggerating. I will NEVER deal with her again for the rest of the time I live here. THE most unprofessional person I’ve EVER dealt with in all my years renting. I don’t want to live where I’m treated the way she’s treated me since the first month I moved in, I have another year now to deal with it since I renewed. Im clean, quiet, on time with payments, even early EVERY month. Still I get treated like we don’t pay your bills. I was only late my very first month paying rent due to a change in my banks and them not being able to take cash. Apartments are decent minus hearing people talk through the walls. Parking sucks but the area is great. If your sticker is out or there is damage to your car they will tow you out of garage. Dealing with a “totaled” car that I can’t even get fixed until it is transferred into my name since my family died. May be another 3-6 months until probate is over! Well, I was told to park outside in front of the brewery since there is no other parking, then got a ticket from the city for parking where they told me to. Had to pay that because of them. Can’t believe you can’t park in a garage that you pay for and then there’s no other places to park besides about 10 extra spots that are normally taken. I think I’ve only left one other “bad review”. I don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews, only good, but this treatment has got to stop. This should be where I come home to to feel safe and secure and welcome. I CHOOSE to call this place my home. How dare you all take safe parking away from paying renters but the way I’m treated and spoken to is just downright disgusting and I won’t tolerate it anymore."
"Lived here for 2 years. It went downhill since being one of the first residents. Killee is there to make the investors money not to provide you a service. Investors don’t care about you, they had an investor meeting even on property taking parking away from their own residents so they could celebrate the increasing rent. Upon move out expect to give up your deposit no matter how much you or a professional clean it. They installed gates but coincidently without locks, so expect the neighborhood non apartment residents to be using the pool through the early hours of the morning. If I have not persuaded you yet expect to pay around 5-10k in damage to your car. The builder should have made the garage about 10ft wider. Almost every car in the garage has hit the beam around the turns or been in a collision of some sort. I’ve voiced my concerns to management to install mirrors only to have my comments deleted/taken down. The homeless camp around the property and use the water and electrical outlets as they please. Run"
