"If you have good hearing and are looking for a quiet place to live then Lindbergh Parc Apartments is not the place for you. Walls are paper thin. I could hear my next door neighbor snoring at night like he was in the room with me. Neighbor on the other side would play his tv through his hifi stereo at 6am all day long till late in the night. I could hear his tv in every room of my apartment including bathroom & closet. You could hear his tv all the way down the hallway. Manager Katlin Atkins was aware of this and did nothing to stop this. Sent the security guard to his door & the police on multiple occasions. Katlin did nothing to stop him. This is not a quiet place to live. Worst place I ever lived in. Lindbergh Parc Apartments does not evet rate 1 star. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE SIRRY"

"The bedbug issue isn't anything I've heard about and I've lived here for a year. In this year's time I've found the place to be clean, quiet, safe and easy to live in. The apartments are larger than most. Put the trash by your door and it magically disappears, any maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Sara, the manager, is an absolute sweetheart. The van goes to just about any place you might need to go. The only time I've used it was to vote and I found it to be a real luxury not to have to drive, park, etc . I plan to make use of it more in the future. My only complaint is that there is no central way for residents to communicate with each other (community message board or on line group) and the original builders broke up the common area so much that there is no large gatherings area other than the community kitchen which small and echos badly. All of that goes together to make a large community of people, many of whom never have a chance to get acquainted. Even though the rent is going up almost 100/month in January I plan to sign a lease before the end of December. It's still a bargain for what you get."
