Villa Monterrey apartments

"Lived here for a year. Complex is really quiet and friendly neighbors. Apartments need to be remodeled there is an old smell with the AC running or not. Also parking became problem because they sell you extra parking stickers, my downstairs neighbor had 4 trucks."

"Tried calling about pricing and to get a little bit more information. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She had a attitude the entire time. When I told her thank you she just slapped the phone down and hung up on me. I will be looking at other places. Horrible customer service."
