"I’m not for sure where other tents stay at , but my apartment is not roach infested at all . I seen bugs the first time I moved in but pest control came fast once I put the request in . Never seen none after that . Remember it’s an apartment & it’s Texas so you will see bugs . My apartment is newly remodeled & it’s nice . The staff have never gave me any issues. Very nice people. Also maintenance has came to my apartment with out my permission it was kind of creepy, but nothing was taken . The gates are always broken but no big deal to me . Pot holes in the street are really big I hate it . Still a great place ."
"It’s an okay place to live, the only two issues I’ve had is the dog parks will sometimes get so dirty and nasty and stay that way for weeks without anyone cleaning it. It’s the dog owners fault for being lazy, but it would be nice to have someone clean them weekly (they’ve gotten better recently). The main issue I have/had is that I was told I was getting a renovated apartment that looks very similar to the model unit. I knew it wouldn’t be the exact same but the difference in my opinion was pretty significant. No hardwood floors, bathroom and kitchen have paint splatter, and it just looks a little outdated. The only thing that was truthful is the white cabinets. They wouldn’t let me see the actual apartment I was getting until I signed the lease, only the model unit which is always nicer than the rest of course. That was frustrating. Other than that, it’s a nice place to live for the price."
"I'm seriously considering not renewing my lease here. I moved here in March an the previous management and office staff were great. The new people are not, they never answer the phone or return voice-mails and maintenance is terrible. I had a water leak running in my apartment for a month, They finally found the leak and had a company. Come and repair it in the process. They tore up my tile floor which is linoleum in the kitchen. And it's been like pulling teeth too get them to fix it. They had a company come out and repair a portion of it for the linoleum, For it to bubble up the same day and I let Maintenance know, and Daniel said the company would come out and fix it gave me time frames multiple times and I let him know that that did not work with my schedule as I work from him to turn around and ask me again. Could they continue to come? So the lack of communication that they have is terrible. Needless to say, the tile in my floor is still bubbled. With no one coming out to repair it and they seem to Not understand that people have lives and schedules that they have to adhere to as well. I have 3 separate charges on my bills every month for trash. And I have left voicemails multiple times to speak with someone about this to still never get a response. If you don't physically walk into the office to speak with someone issues do not get handled. But yet they wonder why they have bad reviews and ask their tenants to please leave them a good review you. The price we pay for the service week. It is completely unacceptable. I vote that they bring previous management back and get better maintenance... Also, this is a gated community. However, people can walk in off of the street and gettand Gideon, and the gates are broken a lot, so you can't get In-N-Out the main gate. The side gates you can get in them but cannot get out of them because they chain them. So technically there is 3 ways in and one way out. Homeless people come in here and they dig through the trash cans. And it's been noted that cars have been broken into several times lately."
"All the good reviews are from the previous management team. The new management is horrible and this is why this complex is constantly losing tenants. They keep the grounds so filthy dog feeces and dirt is everywhere. There's no where for children to play. There are numerous parks for dogs not one park for kids. Don't let the website fool you come see it for yourself. Please be aware that there is no protection from the public walking right onto the premises. Numerous cars have been broken into and property has been stolen. They use to have security with the previous management but that no longer exist. Move at your own risk."
