"They charged me 215.00 dollars to tell me that I have an eviction and I don't have an eviction on my name never been evicted they charge you an application fee and a administration fee which should be illegal in the state of Texas and the woman making me feel like I was in and then this happened I think they are pocketing that administration fee IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO THAT TO PEOPLE LOOKING FOR HOUSING I NEVER HEARD OF IT. OF"

"Busted pipes- cockroach infestation- beg bugs in laundry room- staff that would rather the office looks nice then livable space- don’t complain about the lack of professionalism cause they will put u out"

I like my place as well, I’m reading some of the negative reviews and wondering where these people come up with some of the stuff that they are saying I haven’t had any issues with bed bugs, or water being turned off without notice, haven’t heard people out all times of the night, it’s actually very quiet, sometimes to quiet lol!!! The apartment manager is so sweet and very understanding!!!"

"Its a nice enough place for the price.. yes its all bills paid but its not always a good thing. The office has tge power and authority to turn your a/c and you will only have the heater.. for living in TX this completely sucks cause the weather changes way to often to justify doing that some days."
