"I have a family member there who is having trouble getting basic maintenance requests filled such as a light bulb in her bathroom replaced. For months. The front desk woman apparently talks poorly to her and gets in the way of package deliveries. The halls aren’t being cleaned and the washers and dryers break constantly. Her dishwasher in her house doesn’t work. When I try to contact the apartments to help communicate no one answers or returns my call. Very shady what’s going on. Your residents don’t feel taken care of."
