"Posting this under a burner name so that it’s not attached to my actual info. This apartment complex is overpriced given the general atmosphere. Luckily, there are no pests and the apartments themselves are decent, so I will give credit where it is due. However, the outside grounds and communal hallways are consistently quite dirty. The biggest problem with this complex is the tenants - packages are constantly stolen with no accountability taken by management, many of the tenants leave their yards caked in dog feces, and I have witnessed multiple, loud verbal altercations between neighbors that have nearly erupted into violence. Add to this the exorbitant prices to live here, and the nickel-and-diming done on behalf of whatever faceless real-estate conglomerate owns the place, and you have a recipe for a bad time. There are better options out there for this price-point."

"This apartment complex has been my home for the past 2 years! I absolutely love my neighbors and all the amenities! 2 years ago, I met this amazing individual by the name of Makenzie Hughes, in the leasing office and she was absolutely amazing! she showed my mom and I around the property and I submitted my application the same exact day! And 2 years later nothing has changed! I would implore you to stop by and see the Mercantile River District and all of its glory and while you are there, make sure to tell Makenzie, Hi!"

"Omg I’ve waited over a year to view these apartments and might I add they are amazing! Everything I imagined was right before my eyes. Ms. Kennedy was the most informative representative and tour guide. For the second time visiting she still had an outgoing bright spirit and just jolly full of energy. I can’t wait to move here she had most definitely sold me! Thanks again I give her and the residence a 10 out of 10!"

"I just moved here for my job and I am very particular. Mercantile River District was the first apartment I toured. Cortland was AMAZING that first visit, she immediately set the bar high for other apartments. I toured 7 other apartments and while some did come close, NONE of them beat Cortland and her customer service! I toured this apartment 3 times, even once with my parents. She ALWAYS remained patient, honest, and genuinely wanted me to be happy. She was DEFINITELY the deciding factor in me deciding to call this home! I was going to go with a different place just because of location and the agent and manager made me love Cortland even more! She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I have witnessed her hard work and dedication to other tenants as well... she is one of the best! I also had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie multiple times since I have moved and she is such a delight! Always eager to help and SUPER friendly. She is quick to get any issue or question resolved. Between her and Cortland I feel confident in knowing I picked the best place for me. A few things to note: Visitors must park on the street. Entries into buildings are dependent on a app, the key fob is only for entry to apartment. Unless rent is on autopay, there is an additional $49 convenience fee and they do not do cashier's checks, soo if you can put it on autopay I highly recommend. Overall, despite those things I still rate this place 5 out 5 stars! It has been awesome so far! Definitely ask for Cortland or Mackenzie, you can't go wrong with either. Also it is important to note I moved from Houston, and the floor plan I picked I had never seen before but I trusted Cortland and her word and I am so grateful she saw this floor plan and presented me the option.
