"New owners bought the place and it is starting to look better. The inside however is not put together very well. Bugs no matter how clean you keep your home. Roof leaks into home and it floods in the back of the apartments and Water comes in the homes. I have been here almost a year and I am ready to leave. New owners have all kinds of construction going on but not notifying the tenants. The construction workers stare and hoot and holler at you as you get in your car. To top it off the construction workers are lazy, messy and don't clean up. I had 3 nails in a tire because of them. Wouldn't recommend until all construction is completed."
"This place does not deserve ANY star rating. I've been disapointed with them since the day i moved in. 3 months ago one of the leasing agents told me that the residents are allowed to transfer down into a studio apartment or a two bedroom, i told them i wanted to move into a studio because the one bedroom i have was too big for me,they said thats fine. SO a week ago i come into the office and ask if theres any avaible when my lease is up,the leasing agent said yes,you may go look at one that i will have available in april. So i went and checked it out and it was perfect and it was getting fixed up, the leasing agent said OH YEAH by the way the management has changed and they have to APPROVE the transfer. I was very angry that 3 months ago I was told it was OK for residents to make a transfer, NOW all of a sudden the company doesnt want the residents? YES i should've put my 60 day notice in even knowing i was told i could make a transfer, but i was told different,LESSON LEARNED. PLEASE reconsider this place before you move in,yes the prices are decent but they have terrible customer service and management. Take my word for it and i dont trust them. I have to pay a pro rate fee since i put my 60 notice on the 18th and cant move out until may 18th. This is my first apartment and anyone considering these as your first please Re consider."
"So I visited this apartment complex interested in renting. The first thing that stands out as negative is the very crass and unprofessional customer service. I felt like I was being barked at - and the woman who gave me a tour just about ignored us as we looked at the apartment. She was too busy playing with her phone and conversing with the maintenance man. I really wanted to like this place - I think the layout is amazing - but the poor service was a telling sign about how little they care about their tenants. Not only that, but the rear of the complex has more broken glass than landscaping. They absolutely gave up, without even adding decorative gravel. Just sand, roots, and trash. Under different management, this place COULD be quite acceptable, if not amazing for the price."
"Yes, I was denied. They didn't like my work history. I'll say that up front, but it should not have taken 4 days after my first phone call to them on a Tue following my application & deposit the previous week being given to them. HORRIBLE, Horrible Management! Who puts people on hold & NEVER checks back on them for more than 10 minutes? Who does that? Talk about unprofessional. Okay, so you have an employee that leaves, and you may need to catch up on what's happening with their case load, That I can understand, and even make allowances for. But when you are placed on hold indefinitely after asking to speak with the manager & then she comes on the line, not even aware that you are holding for her. Can you hear the warning bells clanging loudly? Next, after you tell her who you are & why you are calling, (why to check on the status of my application) she says I was going to call you yesterday, (but of coarse they didn't). Is there a bad taste in my mouth? You bet, but I really liked the place. It looked just like the photo's on their website. Three days later and after calling many times every day, even speaking with an unprofessional "Call answering service" and Always, I mean Always being placed on hold & forgotten when you actually got through to the property. On Thurs I asked about getting my deposit back since it was obvious to me I wasn't going to get anywhere calling them repeatedly and being placed on hold. Finally, I was told I'd been denied. I was actually relieved! Imagine how frustrating it would be for me to actually live there and have to deal with their unprofessionalism in person. Now the ironic thing about this is, I work with a young man who lives there & he complained about how unprofessional they are."
"Nothing this is the worst apartment ever. Roaches everywhere tiny medium and huge ones. Staff changes out every other day. Will lose important paperwork and then blame you. I will be taking this apartment complex to court. Worst place to live. I'd rather mess up my credit and deal with agents later than to live here any longer."
