"The new management and staff they have now are wonderful. If I had any issues within the apt maintenance has been to fix it within 1 day of reporting it. Office staff are very responsive and professional. I just moved in 1 month ago and I see myself renewing my lease when due. I recommend checking them out and leasing today. They have many resident functions happening, million dollar renovations in the process of being done and much more. They have gotten rid of all the undesired crowd and have really cleaned this place up! Jennifer, Patricia, Jose just to name a few have really done a great job with the new management getting these apts up to par. As a newer resident I appreciate the hard work and dedication that has been done just within the month I’ve been here."

"These apt are trash they move the African-Americans in condemned building the city has made them stop working on them because they are not up to code I move here in feb of 23 we was without air for 13 hour all apt needs to be wire correctly but the biggest thing is that they behind on there taxes that’s why they keep changing the names Marabella not an good llc villa des soma not a valid llc and labella not an good llc these are scammers they keep hiring these Mexican family who running off with the money and flora big teeth self got her whole family working there don’t move here they need to tear these apt down because everyone that buys them don’t realize how much money it take to fix these apt theses apts was build in the 1970s and don’t let the front of the apts fool you go on the inside and you can see how Raggedy they are don’t move here"
