Lakesha is very profressional, knowledgeable at her job, and very respectful. She was the rep that made me choose Park Creek over the other options I visited. The maintenance team has a 5/5 star from me aswell, their fastest response time was 2 hours from submitting an issue onto the resident app, with the longest being 24 hours. This was the best choice I could have made when choosing a place to live."

"I toured this complex today and it was beautiful! The gym and pool were incredible. The property manager, Steven, took my boyfriend and I on a tour on one of their A2 units and I am thoroughly impressed. They are definitely at the top of my list!"

"I had no problems from the office staff they’re good at what they do mostly Stephen. I gave 2 stars because the quality of the apartment. My apartment firstly has serious plumbing issues. My apartment flooded 4-5 within a year causing water damage to my personal things & causing the carpet to smell very bad. Instead of calling a plumber they’ll send the maintenance guy (who is very nice by the way) just to temporarily fix the issues. My apartment was also badly infested with ants. The parking isn’t the best but it’s not bad. I wouldn’t recommend moving here they were affordable but you get what you pay for"

"First off, the apartment staff is amazing. They're always on their feet and quick to help and assist in any need deemed necessary. If you ever have any problems; such as, noisy neighbors maintenance repairs etc., they do not hesitate to fix these issues. The manager could be compared to the Chief of Police. She handles all legal matters and does her absolute best to help you with whatever you might have trouble with. She runs this place spectacularly. I had a problem with the neighbor above me, I didn't think I could get out of the situation I was in, but I was wrong. She gave me multiple options to resolve that matter in which she did. Also the maintenance guys are super nice and quick to fix anything that might need repair. They recently did an outstanding job of repainting the facility. The parking is amazing whether it's a covered parking spot or not you are close to your apartment door. No long walks through the facility here. They have an awesome pool including a dog park. There is never a mess outside of my door or on the streets. This is a nice, clean and luxurious apartment complex that I would recommend to ANYONE."
