Sandshell at Fossil Creek Apartments

"I've been here for over a year, and plan to stay as long as possible. It's a great community. I am an older lady living alone (well, I have a dog), but I have always felt safe. The staff (office and maintenance) are very accommodating. They always prioritize maintenance issues. I've only had two in 14 months. I chose this community when I moved to Texas to be near my grandson. My son and daughter-in-law don't have a pool, but the one here is beautiful. Even when it's closed, my grandson and I walk over to look at the waterfall. There are constant activities put on by the community from scavenger hunts to hot chocolate on cold days, popsicles on hot days, and food drives during the Holidays. I cannot imagine living anywhere else."

"I've lived here for years now and I've never had any complaints, any maintenance issues have been promptly fixed and my neighbors are great. It's always quiet and peaceful, I love calling this place home."

"This gated community is just that...a community not a complex. It's not your typical 3-Story, concrete complex. The sidewalks and walking paths are tree covered with neighbors who are neighbors, not just residents. The property manager, staff and maintenance gets to all service request(if needed) in a timely manner. I've lived here going on 4yrs and hope to be here many more. The guidelines and rules are simple, just follow them!"

"I am definitely renewing my lease for the 3rd time! I have heard horror stories of bad units and neglectful leasing offices but that is NOT the case here. I love my unit and I feel very comfortable going to our lovely lease ladies with any questions or concerns I have. To date, I have not had a single issue with them or my rent. Very nice easy and comfortable first apartment. ❤️"
