"Tried contacting agent multiple times. Either no response or would not return a call. After finally speaking with him he was very rude and could tell he cared less about getting your business. Asked about models of homes he builds and if anymore were going to be available and he gave zero information and just told me to keep an eye open and my realtor should be finding out what houses are available. I wouldn't waste my time with this arrogant builder he obviously has enough to keep him afloat until the market drops out."

"*NO STAR* Horrible experience. We put up an application and waited for a while never heard from them so we went to the office just to tell us all properties been rented that day. We're not even sure if they'll looked up on our application and the lady on front doesn't seem to know what she was doing. Not helpful at all. She would only tell you here's the application and its been rented out. She's not interested of answering any kind of questions regarding on the property."

"Submitted an application on Thursday afternoon, waitied until the next Wednesday with no response. I went to the office to inquire about our app and was told sorry we rented all properties today. The receptionist was not very helpful if looking for a rental I would suggest going elsewhere"
