"This is about the best rv park in the area. (Haven’t been to all of them)friendly staff and will help any way they can. Quite, park like setting. Gated, Lots of trees. Two laundry rooms. There are three sections. Front area is $, second $$, third $$$. So you have options. Even allow pet fencing on your lot (for a small fee)! For me it feels like home. My only complaint is I wish they would chip coat the roads in the park. The dusk from traffic in the park makes it hard to keep you car clean. Over all it is a great place to live!!!"
"We stayed here for about three months. The residents are super nice and it’s a quiet community. My low rating is due to the owner Jason. The first time we met it was a pleasant experience but after that you get the feeling that he is very stressed which I understand but he took it out on me with a horrible short temper a few times and we decided to move on. He also laid it out on another long time resident on the community Facebook group and they left as well. The lawn guy broke our sewage hose and we saw no reimbursement or even apology. Multiple times my laundry had been taken out of the washer mid cycle to be left on the floor soaking wet, but that was the only resident that was rude. This made no sense to me as there are multiple laundry facilities on site."
"If The Pines has an open spot, take it! Great community, lots of trees and super clean bathroom/laundry facilities. The spots have plenty of room to enjoy outdoors. Never once was I woken up or not been able to sleep because of residents. Very quiet and respectful, friendly neighbors. Jason and Pepper (owners) really care about the park and Dawn in the office runs a tight ship and if you have a problem or question, she is right there for you. I really enjoyed my time there and will return for sure. I really liked the fact that the community is gated and everybody here has been background checked. I felt very safe and secure. Thanks for a great experience, keep up the good work!"
"My husband and I travel for his job. We've been to many parks and this is the first one I actually love. It is a great community long term park with friendly folks pretty much doing what we are doing. It's gated, which is a big plus for us as I feel safe here. The park is situated amongst lots of trees. Our site came with a small 'on the ground' deck. We were allowed to build on to the existing deck, which made for really nice outdoor sitting and eating area. We were also able to bring in a small shed, which is a huge plus. In living here we are able to make our site more personal with potted plants, outdoor furniture, a fire pit and outdoor decor. There are two, soon to be three, laundry/shower facilities that are well maintained. I can't brag enough about this beautiful place we call home!"
"We love living here! It is so quiet, we have a yard space with a deck to cook out on. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like having a home. We have met so many nice people here. We are always able to use the washers and dryers/shower facilities without having to wait or even turn off our car while waiting. I love the gated entry. We feel very safe here."
