"Terrible management, like a revolving door. The previous manager had people on housing vouchers pay full rent and then kept the overages herself- OVER A YEAR LATER they still havent paid that back or credited toward future rent. They don't fix anything until you start throwing tenants rights in their faces and even then it's still a process. The driveway is ridiculous, like Lightning McQueen put that ish down."

"Since Dan Rambo Passed on this past February, this place has gone into a very steep decline. I fear the one's that inherited this place is headed for a huge law suit. They are doing some really bad thing's here, the vulnerable people like the Elderly and disabled need to be protected, but they are the target's. To the Owner's of Azle Oaks, you need to open your eyes, and stop believing the Lies you are being fed by the staff here. Try talking with some of the Older residents here. I fear you will be shocked at what you learn. A little advice, if you want the truth, don't let the staff here guide you when you do choose residents to talk with. This is no longer a safe place to live. It hasn't been for the last 5 year's at least. P.S. Notice a spike in the water bill this summer? Check out apartment 401. They have a good size pool, which they fill to over flowing. Allow their kids to play for a short while. Then it is drained, to only be refilled a day or two later. This is done 3 to 4 times a week. Wasting hundreds of gallons of water. Just so you know Management knows and does nothing."

"Very reasonably priced and centrally located. These apartments are older, but very taken care of. The manager Callie, is very straight forward and good at her job. The maintenance guys are really nice. The neighbors are very friendly and pretty quiet. My kids and I felt very 'at home' there. My only complaint is the amount of smokers makes it difficult to enjoy the outside sometimes, but that's gonna happen anywhere. Also, the office smells very strongly of smoke due to the owner, but he's a very nice man. Just letting you know, in case you're allergic to smoke."
