"Not a bad place to raise kids, friendly place has a nice pool, needs to have a key card Access So we don't have to wait on the people to open the pool, If we've lived there and wanna go swimming We should be able to do so at any time and not have a set time limit. I cut off swim time, You should be able to swim at midnight if you wanted to."

"I've lived here for a little over a year, I like it I have nice neighbors and it's pretty quite for the most part and close to everything, only thing is I wish our laundry room was updated. Resigned my lease for another year!"

"I’ve had multiple problems with trying to communicate with the leasing manager Daniel. When I first drove down from Louisiana because I was told my apartment was move in ready to only find out it had been rented to someone else and had to wait for them to paint and clean a different apartment. The paint had hair stuck to wall and looked as if someone had literally lived there the day before. Just after the first disappointment barley a month later My downstairs neighbor is harassing me about my two children(30lbs) walking around my apartment At 9:58pm. Who puts small children upstairs anyways? They are only here 15 days out of the month. When the first incident happened I offered to move apartments because I already did everything I could to avoid the problem(rug on the floor, slippers). I never heard anything about it. Till I came home to a lease violation today because it’s causing her anxiety. Save your money and time and just rent somewhere else. I’m well over it and wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time here. I feel harassed."

"I have lived at Azlewood Apts for 3 yrs with my daughter. My apartment was updated with new appliances and granite counter tops! This property is pet friendly with bags available which makes for a nice clean place to live! Amanda is a great property manager as she welcomes all with a smile & open door policy. This isnt a new property but the rooms are HUGE and as a single parent I feel very safe here. We love our home and just signed another 2 yr lease! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and safe place to live! 5 stars!!!"

"This apartment complex was just switched to a new owner. Now not only are the rental prices sky-rocketing, but the complex is under construction. There are things thrown around outside, and children who play outside can easily step on a piece of wood with a nail (I have a picture of it). I personally have verbally mentioned this to the construction crew, and the manager in the office, only to find out I was not the only one. Multiple people have complained and the New Owner was notified, with no concern. Nothing has still been done...Per rumors, this complex is now owned by a management company, they clearly do not care about their tenants. We will be moving as soon as possible. Who knows what will happen in the winter months when they are supposed to be salting the sidewalks. I do not recommend this complex to anyone who is looking, at this current time. The prices are WAY to high, they tell you it has so many nice things, a laundry facility with 4 washers and 4 dryers for the whole complex. They say the carpet is brand new, only to find cat hair in the carpet, clearly all they did was steam clean it. I had to do a lot of cleaning when I moved in. Piles of dust, and stains on the wall. Have not been here very long, but this construction is the final straw..."
